Registration 2016-17

Online Registration at MyScouts.ca for the 2016-17 Scouting year will open on May 2, 2016 for returning members only and on May 15, 2016 for everyone.  Currently active adult volunteers will auto-renew and do not need to re-register.  NEW THIS YEAR: New participants have the option to activate their membership immediately at no additional cost to take advantage of member rates at summer camps and outdoor activity stores.  Participation of new members in group activities over the summer is subject to space availability. Our registration fees* for 2016-17 are:   $230 if processed by June 30, 2016 or $245 from July 1, 2016 to Dec 31, 2017.  *There is no fee for adult volunteers and the group will cover uniform costs for adult volunteers. 

Online registration requires credit card fee payment to complete the registration and ensure a held space.

The Group also requires 3 post-dated fundraising deposit cheques which will only be cashed if the family doesn't participate in the related fund-raising event(s).  Cheques will be collected at the fall AGM or first meeting & should be made payable to "75th Midnapore Scout Group" for a) Fall Bottle Drive deposit $50 - dated Oct 31, 2016; b) Popcorn Sales deposit $200 - Dated Oct 31, 2016; and c) Spring Bottle Drive deposit $50 - dated Mar 1, 2017.

Families needing financial assistance MUST contact the No One Left Behind (NOLB) program directly to apply and register. You must apply for NOLB annually.   Please see NOLB Guidelines and NOLB - How to Apply  for more information.  Financial assistance applications are no longer available through the group.  Please note that NOLB does not cover 100% of the membership fees; families pay a portion.
