Parent Information Evening / Fall Registration

There will be a Mandatory Parent Information Night on Thursday Sept 4th, 6-8pm at Trinity Christian School gym.  At least one parent/guardian from each family MUST attend! This meeting will have a new focused format conveying key information, confirming communications and offering registration for our first fall all-sections camp on Sept 19-21st (Lego themed camp at Camp Winchell Coulee north of Cochrane).  If you registered online or have not yet handed in your fund-raising deposit cheques, please bring them with you to this information meeting (see below for cheque details).   Fall Registration is ongoing - we will NOT be having an in-person fall registration evening as space is filling up fast, particularly in our Beaver and Cub sections.  As of August 25th, we have 60 youth registered for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Venturers.  All of our sections need more adult volunteers to help us meet the demand for youth spaces.  Those still wishing to register (either youth or adults) can register online at www.myscouts.ca by following the registration prompts.  Online registration is by credit card payment only.  Those wishing to use discounts (3rd Child Discount or Financial Aid) should email our Group Registrar at Registrar@75thMidnapore.com.

Fees for Youth Registration fee are $210 for the year (Sept 1- Aug 31). Adults registration is free including all screening & training.  The cost of your adult uniform shirt will be reimbursed by the group once all screening and training is complete. In addition to the Registration fee, we'll be collecting 3 fund-raising deposit cheques per family which will only be cashed if you do not participate in the corresponding fundraisers:  a) Fall Bottle drive deposit $50, post-dated Oct 31, 2014;  b) Popcorn Campaign deposit, $200, post-dated Oct 31, 2014 (you are required to sell $300/youth or $600/family);  c) Spring Bottle drive deposit $50, post-dated Mar 1, 2015.  For more information, Email: Commissioner@75thMidnapore.com or Registrar@75thMidnapore.com
